Due to my letter I gave you in 1993, I have been receiving phone calls from trucking firms and feel this letter may help because I am often difficult to get in touch with.  Since treating our highway units and reefers, our average run-out lifetime of the tractors has jumped from 1,200,000 kms to around 2,400,000 kms.  I have never had to replace bearings in a transmission or differential in a unit that has been treated and on the trucks we have monitored, we have experienced a savings of 1 to 1.5 mpg.  This is a substantial amount considering we keep the trucks over 2,400,000 kms. At first I was more than a little reluctant to put your product into my $20,000.00 60 Series Detroit Diesel engine, but after the very noticeable changes in operation and fuel savings, I’m now glad I did. The engine runs quieter/smoother, the transmission shifts smoother and is quieter and my fuel mileage went from 7 mpg to 7.5 mpg (7.1% savings), which is a fair bit of money back in my pocket at the end of the year. After treating their 6V92 Detroit Diesel engines with Enviro-Save, the rate of wear on Iron, Copper and Chrome was reduced by an average of 46%. Proven by utilizing [their] mandatory oil sample analyses test results.

A before and after Enviro-Save treatment test was performed on a 4-cylinder Perkins diesel engine in their laboratory dynamometer. The engine was operated at various horsepower (HP) outputs and the fuel savings ranged from 5% (at 20% of maximum HP output) to 9.7% (at 100% maximum HP output)!

Since 1990, we have been using Enviro-Save to reduce operating costs and extend the life of our tow vehicles and equipment. We noticed a remarkable difference in performance and temperatures dropped. We have also had great success with treating the new 5 speed standard

Five Volvo buses with 10L Volvo diesel engines were tested to verify the performance of Enviro-Save. Average fuel savings after treatment on the 5 buses was 9.78% and oil analyses test results proved the rate of wear on Iron and Copper was reduced by an average of 62%.

We would like to inform you about our experience with Enviro-Save. We treated our new Dodge pickup truck with the complete Powertrain Protection Kit with 37,000kms on the 5.9L Cummins Diesel. Prior to the treatment we got 825kms on one tank of fuel and now we get 975kms on the same tank. Just wanted to compliment you on a fine product called Enviro-Save. After purchasing a Powertrain Protection Kit from your rep, Bill Kern, for our truck we noticed more pep and higher top end RPM’s with our 6-71 Detroit Diesel. The most amazing part of the treatment came from our transmission. Due to noise and vibration I was told by several repair shops that  I was in for a $1500.00 repair bill. After adding the treatment we noticed an immediate difference and after 100 miles the noise and vibration in the gear shift were virtually gone. We treated our GMC Topkick 7000 Series Truck with a 3208T Caterpillar engine, Fuller 6 speed transmission and Eaton 21000lb. rear axle. Prior to treating, the truck tested out on the dynamometer at Finning Truck Service (Caterpillar Dealer) at 201 HP @ 2000 RPM under 
load, using 7.2 mpg of fuel. 16,492kms after treating, the truck tested out on the dyno at 214 HP @2000 RPM under full load, using 8.4 mpg of fuel, a reduction of 8.8% in fuel consumption. Engine oil sample analyses reports proved that engine wear was reduced over 50%, I had to adjust engine RPM, operating
temperatures are down – especially oil temperature, oil consumption is down and gear shifting became significantly easier after treatment. Enviro-Save is saving us time and money – which is the bottom line. --N. Gadsby, Maintenance Supt.

Just a note to let you know how well Enviro-Save worked in our new 2000 Chev pickup with the 6L gas engine, using 4L (1 gal.) less and going 60 miles further per tank. After treating our Western Star Fuel Delivery Truck I noticed a substantial reduction in heat and easier shifting.

DOUBLE TRUCKING LTD. / Canadian Waste Management, Surrey, B.C. Canada 
In February of 1990 I purchased a new Ford L8000, with a 7.8L diesel engine and MT653 Allison Automatic, for use as a garbage truck. Garbage trucks are often considered old after 3 years and I did not want this to happen, so I purchased Enviro-Save to prolong its life. 
Immediately after using Enviro-Save I noticed an increase in fuel economy, a 20 degree reduction in engine operating temperature and a reduction in transmission operating temperature of 60 degrees. About 6 years later I noticed excessive smoke from the exhaust stack and was told I would be looking at an in-frame rebuild. I was not prepared to lose my truck for a week and my mechanic recommended we have an oil sample analyzed. We were shocked - the engine had been operating with 10% oil and 90% fuel in the crankcase, the oil had the consistency of water. A seal in the fuel pump was leaking fuel into the oil for about a month. There was no excessive wear, metal particles or 
damage and the smoke cleared up completely after repairing the fuel pump. Even though the truck was in excellent condition after 9 years and 15,270 hours I had Dams Ford rebuild the engine. They could not believe the hours because the average lifespan for that engine was 8500 hours. I feel like I received two lives out of the engine and three out of the transmission. After  monitoring the hydraulic oil operating 
temperature and treating the hydraulic system with Enviro-Save, I proved that operating temperatures were reduced over 10%. We are very pleased with the treatments to our 1999 Dodge diesel pickup and 1990 Acura.
